SHIPPING

  • Do you deliver products Internationally?
    • TEETERNAL successfully ships many products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner of the globe.

  • How much is shipping?
    • This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to.  Our standard US shipping cost is $5 unless you order a large amount of weight.

  • How long does it take for my order to arrive?
    • This depends on the product ordered.  Most of our t-shirts and apparel products are printed on demand.  It typically takes only a few days to get your shirt printed and shipped out.  Extremely popular designs can cause a 1-2 week delay in printing.  Once shipped, it only takes your order will arrive within a few days.  We currently have printshops in Georgia and California.  We get our jewelry from trusted artisans around the globe so some jewelry items can take 2-3 weeks to arrive at your door.  You’ll receive an email & tracking number when your order has shipped. If you're still not sure, just email us.  We're happy to help.

  • How do I track my package?
    • You can check on the status of your order at any time by going to the following link:  Order Status.  You can also reach out to our customer support desk at support@teeternal.com to ask questions anytime.

  • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... Where's my order?
    • Since we print on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

  • What do I do if I received the wrong item or my item is defective?
    • If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email our support desk at support@teeternal.com and tell us your order number. Please send us photos of the wrong or defective item received.  We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right item. We will send you an new item and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human and do make mistakes.  We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!

ORDERING

  • I made a mistake on my order (address, size etc.)... Can I change it?
    • If this happens to you, just email us at support@teeternal as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't make any promises. All of our items are printed on demand so we start as quickly as we can after you order and it ships out as soon as it's finished.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

  • How do I return an item for a refund?
    • If you want to return your item for a refund you may do so within 60 days. We do not refund shipping cost and there is a $5 restocking fee per item. Items must be unworn and unwashed. The refund will go back onto the original method of payment. Customer pays return shipping on exchanges. Start a return HERE.

  • Used Items and Term Limits
    • Items in used condition are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. New and unused items that have been sucessfully received by customers within 30 days are eligible for returns or exchanges. Once 30 days have elapsed from the receipt of goods, refunds and exchanges will no longer be accepted.

    • TEETERNAL is an online retailer of custom designed crowd-sourced apparel. All merchandise is custom printed and shipped directly to you once the campaign has ended. If you are a designer, you can sell your own creative designs and take orders from supporters with no upfront costs and let TEETERNAL handle your fulfillment and shipping to your customers.

  • How secure is my personal information?
    • TEETERNAL adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.
    • Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

  • How secure is my credit / debit card information?
    • TEETERNAL is embeded with Certified Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant + Discrete Fraud Detection with our store, meaning you can rest easy knowing that customer data – including credit and debit information – is protected by the same level of security offered to banks and other high-profile organizations.

  • Does TEETERNAL offer a quality guarantee on the products it sells?
    • If you don’t love your print, we’ll take it back! All of our products are carefully inspected for quality and we will reprint any flawed apparel, free of charge.

  • Which clothing brands does TEETERNAL use?
    • We use trusted brands in the marketplace that are known for their quality, durability and great fit. Our preferred garment suppliers include Gildan, Hanes, Bella, and Port & Company.
